…MAJOR kick in the balls for Romney and the GOP!!?
@Jessica — YOU are stupid and therefore, a poster child for conservatives!
@boobs — and YOU are a tumor-filled boob.

You can tell they all read from the same con script . You would think it was the end of the world . Of special note is the top moron of the week Bachman . Followed closely by the candidate chose by Goldman / Sachs , Romney and his " severely conservative " guy pal Eric Can’tor . These collective bunch of liars think they can fool anyone .
First up is " the largest tax increase in the history of the country " but the facts say it affects only 1 % of the population . The deadbeats who we having been paying for all along .
Followed then by " this job killing bill " said by none other than the " pioneer in outsourcing " one term governor and 7 election loser Romney himself . The fact that it only effects only 6 % of small businesses didn’t stop the serial liar from making his claim . For every policy Wal Mart cancels there will now be an exchange ( creating a bigger pool ) for the people to turn to and they can’t cancel it because you had a fever when you were 6 .

If they spent 1/10 th the time explaining the bill as they do lying about it the public could make an informed decision .
I HATE LIARS … I really don’t care how many billions Rove and the other band of forked tongued devils spend they can’t bend the truth …
I’m looking forward to next week when Bachman rallys the cons . Make sure you have a fire extenguisher handy because there will some " pants on fire " lies told …On second thought , let the bitch burn .

    To answer your question;

Read and weep…..Florida is just one of the swing states that just went solid red…..LOL. More to swing states to follow…LOL

    http://saintpetersblog.com/2012/06/first-poll-post-decision-39-of-floridians-support-50-oppose-supreme-court-decision-on-obamacare/

Florida Democrats support the Supreme Court decision on the Affordable Care Act three-to-one. But Florida Republicans oppose almost six-to-one the ruling. When the two groups are proportionally blended, the state of Florida comes down this way: 39% support the ruling, 50% oppose, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for WFLA-TV in Tampa.

9% of the Floridians interviewed do not currently have health insurance coverage. Among the small number who do not currently have health insurance, there is three-to-one opposition to a court ruling that, in effect, requires them to purchase coverage.

Obama agrees with the Supreme Court decision — Thus, he admits that his signature legislation is a massive tax increase.

i dont see it that way. I see it as a new tax and another lie for Obama which equates(that means equal for you libs) to a vote or two more for Romney. Romney 2012, Repeal

It wasn’t a loss for Obama. True

But the ruling basically means that everything is exactly the same as it was before the court ruled.

People still hate the law, Romney is still campaigning to overturn it.

And the ‘win’ for Obama is partly countered by having SCOTUS expose the fact that Obama just put a tax on everyone…even the lower and middle class he promised not to tax.

(And in reality there are 20 different taxes that are new or increased under Obamacare)

What it did was pass a bad decision based on the fact that Obama care is a tax increase. Something that Obama denied all thru this bill’s passage.

To say it’s anything other than a big win for Obama is somewhat disingenuous.

That being said, until 2014 when many of the provisions start to kick in, I’m not certain that many people fully appreciate the implications and the incredible power this gives the federal government.

Many of us, myself included, are still stunned at the tortured and convoluted logic Justice Roberts had to use to arrive at his "yeah, it’s constitutional after all" decision.

Because it really isnt a big deal moron. It can get turned over at any time once Romney gets in. THE PEOPLE don’t like it and arent in favor of it. And THATS how it will get overturned and is not thought of as a big deal. WE THE PEOPLE don’t like it

Edit: If I get called out by a liberal and make him upset, I know I’m doing something right. Thanks for making my day!

Instead of ruling the mandate unconstitutional, Chief Judge John Roberts rewrote the law and allowed the mandate be called a tax when Obama all the time denied it being called such. This may be a win for Obama, but he has severely hurt himself for his re-election. This ruling is actually going to help Romney and the GOP, not hurt them as you say. Obama lied, lied, misguided, and lied to the American people to get this bill passed.

But Obama PROMISED on multiple occasions that he would not raise taxes and the only reason he "won" is by the Court saying he was doing the biggest tax increase in history. Did he lie about the tax increase or was he totally ignorant about the Constitutional issue? How is that a big win?

Uh, we aren’t treating it like it’s no big deal. In fact, we’re treating it like it IS a big deal. You see it as a kick in the balls for Romney, but I see it as Obama shooting himself in the foot.

And quite frankly I think you guys just gave us more of a reason to vote him out. The whole thing was a lie and it is outrageous that we will be forced to pay MORE for something that we can’t afford, and that we have less of a say over our own health care.

I no of no Conservative who is trying to brush this off. It is a big win for the President and a general loser for the rest of us. Those who have health care and pay too much for it, and those who don’t and think they will get something like those who pay for it now have, but for free.

Look Out! Obama Puts IRS to Work on Implementing Obamacare
Obama Administration is busy at work ensuring that the President’s health care law is implemented. The Hill reports that the White House has allocated half a billion dollars to the IRS to put Obamacare in place:

The Obama administration is quietly diverting roughly $500 million to the IRS to help implement the president’s healthcare law.

The money is only part of the IRS’s total implementation spending, and it is being provided outside the normal appropriations process. The tax agency is responsible for several key provisions of the new law, including the unpopular individual mandate.
The Hill also reports that the White House is also spending other funding allocated under Obamacare:

****The law contains dozens of targeted appropriations to implement specific provisions. It also gave the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) a $1 billion implementation fund, to use as it sees fit. Republicans have called it a “slush fund.”****

HHS plans to drain the entire fund by September — before the presidential election, and more than a year before most of the healthcare law takes effect. Roughly half of that money will ultimately go to the IRS.

HHS has transferred almost $200 million to the IRS over the past two years and plans to transfer more than $300 million this year, according to figures provided by a congressional aide.
How will the IRS spend the money? In addition to enforcing the individual mandate, the IRS is responsible for collecting new taxes and fees — and The Hill reports that the agency wants to hire 300 new employees next year, and it requested funding for another 537 new employees to administer Obamacare’s new subsidies for low- and middle-income individuals to purchase insurance.

This, of course, is but a glimpse of the web of bureaucracy that Obamacare will spawn. Heritage’s James Gattuso and Diane Katz detail in their 2012 Red Tape Rising report that HHS plans 133 new Obamacare-related rules (as of fall 2011). But Obamacare’s rules aren’t just spewing forth from HHS. Gattuso and Katz explain:

Rulemaking related to Obama’s health care legislation encompasses more than 150 federal agencies, bureaus, and commissions. And, it appears that the rules are changing faster than regulators can write them. Administrators have granted nearly 2,000 waivers to the new health care regulations, for instance, while the long-term-care insurance plan called for in the legislation has been dropped as completely unworkable.
So the Obama Administration is moving full-speed ahead to implement the law, both with regulations and enforcement. There’s one thing that can be done to stop it: Congress can and should repeal Obamacare today.

Simple question for the uninformed lib socialist ? If Obama care isn`t a tax , then why is Obama hiring 17,000 new IRS agents to enforce it ????

Look at the way they’re spinning it!

Obama won but America loses! They explain Americans lose because it is a tax! They just don’t tell their masses the only way you pay the tax is if you can afford health insurance and don’t buy it!That anyone who has insurance won’t be taxed! They act like everyone will be taxed!
