how to get on any tv game show

I switched my xbox on today and got an update for mw2. now whenver i join a team deathmatch everyone has unlimited ammo and noob tubes are flying left right and center?

anyone any clues as to why ?

Its another glitch, give infiinity ward some time to fix this but they fixed the javelin glitch and after fixing that, it made another glitch (the unlimited ammo glitch and noob tube)
