Author: I have a ton of silverplated pieces from the 50s I would like to get rid of- they have dents and damage to them so they are not worth anything. But old silver pieces are made out of copper and then plated. Can I sell these for scrap? How much do you think I would get per pound? Any information is great! Thanks!

at the time of this post Cu heavy scrap is 3.14 and Cu bare bright is 3.24
